Playa Blanca - Montana Roja and Faro Park

Situated to the South of Playa Blanca Lanzarote and going towards the South Western tip of the island, Montana Roja and Faro Park areas are highly sought after for holiday villas in Lanzarote, with many 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed holiday properties, mainly with their own private pools.

Some of the developments are 'residencias' but many of the villas here are also very popular for Lanzarote holiday rental, and those with private pools are ideal for families with children.

At the furthest south west reach, and near the lighthouse, sits the development of Faro Park, which is hugely popular for family holidays, mainly due to the quality of the villas, and the seclusion they provide for a luxury family holiday. Despite being on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, the town itself is really very close and there is now even a half-hourly Lanzarote bus service, in addition to a choice of taxis or a bracing and suntan-inducing half-hour promenade walk all the way to the marina and town (with suitable coffee or beer stops at the hotels and bars in between).  This walk offers fantastic views of the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.
